When your organization is oriented towards learning and development, you gain the immeasurable asset of the talent you hired operating in aligned action. It is only when human needs are sufficiently and sustainably met, level of focus and ease to enter a creative flow state of complex analysis, evaluation and innovation takes place.

Yet, at the core, organizations are set up for transactions and efficiency. Consequently, more value and attention is given to the product than the human beings engaged in the work essential to keeping the doors open daily. Traditional organizational systems are unaligned to foundational human needs, translating to wasteful and unproductive resource allocation.

Leverage a market advantage by gaining skills uncommon at the organizational level. Learning and development systems drive organizational culture, which directly translates to immense savings to your organization’s bottom line in recruitment, onboarding, and attrition rates, in addition to the caliber of work, safety, and overall health of your organization.

Our partnership provides a pathway forward in developing a systemic approach to an internal educational system, extensive differentiation in professional and organizational learning, communication and evaluative performance metrics aligned to human anatomy and physiology.

In addition to her unique profile as a learning and development specialist and integrative educator, Carla has a deep understanding of intergenerational, multi-lingual, multi-cultural communication essential in organizational vitality and engaged leadership across our diverse labor ecosystem.

Education With Intention

Organizational Development

At the University of Denver, Carla embarked upon a professional credential for educational leadership. She graduated summa cum laude in 2015 from the Executive Leadership for Successful Schools program and directly applied and adapted that knowledge in numerous leadership roles both in and out of school-based organizations.

After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and Spanish from Boston University cum laude (2003), she began her career in the classroom teaching Spanish language and history. Inspired by the inquisitiveness of her students, rather than pursuing a Master’s directly in education, Carla graduated summa cum laude from Central Connecticut State University with an M.S. in International Studies, where she focused on the region of Latin America (2007). Her specialization was in the economic and social impact of political agreements and policies between the United States and the countries within Latin America.

Carla has integrated this knowledge and applied it in all roles she has embarked upon across the country and abroad. The commonalities are much greater than the differences across all environments. Organizations that operate first from a human needs level, consistently outperform. When the external environment no longer supports an individual working for the same company for duration of their career, intentional learning and development and an environment that reflects human needs is essential.
